There is no instant checkout. Each home is a family home, let as a whole, and the family's team confirms every stay personally. The steps are short.

The collection page lists all seven homes with bedrooms, guest numbers and service. If you know where you want to go but not which house, choose the destination and the team will suggest one.
The enquiry form asks for the destination, the home if you have one in mind, check-in and check-out dates, the number of guests, your name, email and phone, and anything we should know: an occasion, who is coming, what you would love to do. You can also email enquiries@forsythshomes.com.
Someone from the family's team gets back to you within 24 to 48 hours with availability for your dates, what is included at that home, and how to confirm the stay.
At the full-service homes, tell the team about allergies, children's meals, a birthday or a dinner for thirty before you arrive and the chef will have it ready. A property manager is on hand before and during the stay for anything the house needs.
You book the entire villa, house or penthouse, never a single room. Waterfront Residences in Alibag is the one exception: it is booked per apartment, one or all four. Elanza in Alibag can be booked on its own or together with Majaza.
The destination or the home; check-in and check-out dates; the number of adults and children; the occasion, if there is one; who is coming; and what you would love to do. If you want Majaza and Elanza together, or more than one apartment at Waterfront Residences, say so in the message. If your dates are flexible, give the team a range.
Casa del Ada, Majaza, Mt. Ferohin and Wingu Kenda are full service: a personal chef, housekeeping and (in India) a butler come with the house. Waterfront Residences, Delta Empress and Elanza on its own are self-service: fully equipped, with help a phone call away. What the chef, butler and housekeeping do.
