Casa del Ada, the house, Nerul, Goa
Nerul, North Goa

A private luxury villa in Goa for up to 16 guests

Casa del Ada is the family's home in Nerul, North Goa: an old Goan bungalow with eight bedrooms, a swimming pool, a garden, an organic farm and a helipad. It is booked as a whole house, and a personal chef, a butler and daily housekeeping come with it.

The house

Casa del Ada is a heritage Goan bungalow in the village of Nerul, close to the Mandovi river. It has terracotta roofs, weathered walls, shaded verandahs and a courtyard at the centre of the home. The eight bedrooms are individually styled, with garden or courtyard views. The living and dining rooms are large enough for sixteen people to eat together.

The house was restored with a light touch, so the character of the original home stays while the comforts are modern: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, hot water, a sound system, a television and a fully equipped kitchen. See the full list on the Casa del Ada page.

Pool, garden, farm and helipad

The swimming pool is in the garden and belongs to the house alone. There is an organic farm on the property and the kitchen cooks from it. A helipad means you can arrive by helicopter and land at the home. Outdoor seating and dining, a private entrance and a high chair for small children are all in place.

Chef, butler and housekeeping included

A personal chef cooks breakfast, lunch and dinner in the house kitchen, to your timings and your tastes. Menus lean on the place: Goan fish curry, poee and seasonal produce from the farm. A butler looks after the house and the people in it, and rooms are made up every morning and turned down in the evening. A property manager is on hand before and during the stay.
