Four of the seven homes are full service. The staff belong to the house, know it and the village, and are there for the whole stay. This page says what each of them does, which homes they come with, and what the self-service homes offer instead.
A chef comes with the house. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are cooked in the home's own kitchen, to your timings and your tastes. Menus lean on the place: Goan fish curry and poee at Casa del Ada, Konkani thalis and seafood in Alibag, slow mountain dinners at Mt. Ferohin, long lunches under the trees at Wingu Kenda. At Casa del Ada the kitchen cooks from the house's own organic farm; at Majaza you can go to Alibag's morning fish market with the chef and choose the catch.
At the Indian full-service homes a butler looks after the house and the people in it: drinks on the verandah, the table laid, luggage up to the rooms, the pool towels where you want them. They know the home, the staff and the village, and are the one person to ask for anything during the stay.
Rooms are made up every morning and turned down in the evening. Linen and towels are changed through the stay, laundry is handled in-house, and the common rooms are kept as you found them. A property manager is on hand before and during the stay for anything the house needs.
In Kenya a driver who knows the conservancy roads and the town comes with the house, for game drives from the front door morning and evening and for trips into Nanyuki.

Waterfront Residences in Alibag, Delta Empress in Pune and Elanza on its own are fully equipped homes you run at your own pace: kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, towels and linen. Help is a phone call away.
Allergies, children's meals, an occasion, the number at the table, and anything you would love to do. The chef and the team plan around it. How booking works.
